The roller crusher is a new product designed and developed based on the structural principle of the American Gundam crusher. This machine has the advantages of small size, high crushing ratio, low noise, simple structure, and easy maintenance. Roller crushers are suitable for industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and building materials, and are more suitable for crushing raw coal in large coal mines or coal preparation plants. The roller crusher has a large crushing capacity, and the motor and reducer are connected by a limited distance hydraulic coupling to prevent power overload. Tooth shape optimization design, selection of crushing for tensile and shear forces, high efficiency and low consumption, uniform particle output. The roller crusher is mainly composed of rollers, roller support bearings, clamping and adjusting devices, and driving devices.
Precautions for roller crusher operation:
1. We need to strengthen the iron removal work for mines. Non broken objects (such as drill bits) falling between the rollers can damage the crusher and cause parking accidents. So an iron removal device should be installed before the crusher.
2. Viscous materials are prone to clogging and crushing spaces. When dealing with blockage faults, the vehicle should be stopped for handling and mining should not be carried out during operation.
3. When the material processed by the roller crusher contains a large amount of large blocks, attention should be paid to the fact that large blocks of ore are easily squeezed out of the crushing space to prevent injury or damage to the equipment.
4. After running the roller crusher for a long time, the wear of the roller surface can cause the product particle size to be too fine. At this time, attention should be paid to adjusting the discharge port or repairing the equipment.
5. Strengthen the inspection of the parts of the roller crusher, lubricate the lubrication parts of the crusher on time, and maintain good lubrication status of the equipment.
Working principle
Roller crushers are divided into: opposed roller crushers, four roller crushers, and toothed roller crushers. Roller crushers are classified according to specifications. The adjustment of the discharge particle size is achieved by installing a wedge-shaped or shim adjustment device between the two rollers. The top of the wedge-shaped device is equipped with an adjustment bolt. When the adjustment bolt pulls up the wedge block, the wedge block pushes the movable roller wheel away from the fixed wheel, that is, the gap between the two rollers increases, and the discharge particle size increases. When the wedge block is lowered, the gap between the two rollers of the movable roller wheel decreases under the action of the compression spring, and the discharge particle size decreases. The gasket device adjusts the particle size of the discharge by increasing or decreasing the number or thickness of gaskets. When adding gaskets, the gap between the two rollers increases, and when reducing gaskets, the gap between the two rollers decreases, resulting in a smaller discharge particle size.
